Gabriella’s earliest family memories revolve around the phrase "A TAVOLA," (meaning "come and eat, dinner is ready”) being called out from the kitchen.
The family would gather to enjoy handmade Italian meals, reminiscent of the dishes Nonna prepared in Italy before immigrating to Australia in the 50’s to seek a better life for their family.
