A TAVOLA is inspired by Gabriella’s cherished Nonna, Giuseppina Fioriti. Through A TAVOLA, Gabriella brings a piece of her heart, soul, and family history to your plate.

Gabriella’s earliest family memories revolve around the phrase "A TAVOLA," (meaning "come and eat, dinner is ready”) being called out from the kitchen. The family would gather to enjoy handmade Italian meals, reminiscent of the dishes Nonna prepared in Italy before immigrating to Australia in the 50’s to seek a better life for their family.

Gabriella's passion for cooking was kindled at a young age, as she fondly recalls making pasta from scratch with her Nonna and Mother, surrounded by laughter, love and lots of life lessons.

Gabriella believes food brings people together, and the deepest connections are created sitting around the dinner table over a delicious meal.
